Who we are
Chris Karageorgiades
CEO
CEO of Kefalonia New Homes since 2008. Responsible for business strategy, marketing, finance and customer communication.
Chris was born in London, England in 1973. He studied information management & finance at Westminster University, London (1996) and holds an MSc from City, University of London (2001) in systems analysis and design.
Rozalia Dionisatou
Head of Design & Project Management
Each individual project has a specific engineering, legal and construction expert team built around Rozalia who will take on as little or as much is necessary to deliver any construction project successfully.
Rozalia was born in Ontario, Canada in 1981. She holds a law degree from Hertfordshire University (2004) and an LLM in medical law & bioethics from Lancashire University (2005).
